Q. How long do goods take to be delivered ?
A. We aim to process orders within 24hrs of receipt of order. However, delivery can take
up to 28 days. Should you require urgent delivery, please advise. Additional charges will
be incurred and we will advise prior to shipment.
A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you to check and amend, if necessary.
Q. How and when is my credit card debited ?
A. We only process credit cards as and when the goods are leaving the warehouse.
Q. What if I'm not happy with the items ?
A. All our products are covered by guarantee and if you are not satisfied with the
product, return it to us within 28 days and your purchase price will be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Many people are uncomfortable about passing their credit card information over the
internet. However we believe that this is no riskier than letting your card out of sight
at a garden centre or in a restaurant. Once we have processed the transaction your card
details are removed from the computer system.
